Yep, that's the one. It was one of the first things I bought for mine. Still need a SSK though, the throws are just way too long.

Do you have the CA package? I love that option, but it wasn't around for the first E90's. You also got the keyless ignition I assume...or at least the LCI E90's have it so I assume your car would too?

I think keyless is standard on all e82's, neat feature. I will always have a gripe that the "start" button is on the wrong side though, supposed to be on the left / door side like S2k (goes back to le mans, when they had running start. could start car and shift into gear @ same time). My dealer called asking how the car was, and one of the first things I told him is that I think it needs a SSK, especially having driven the S2K which has the best shifter I have ever used. Just hope that adding one wont mash up my syncros!

Here was my original / MSRP sticker with all the installed options. I got it down to 32 and change after neg. and incentives applied (before tax). Not too bad IMHO.

Having the start button on the right side makes sense for me since I have a lowly pre-LCI car with a key slot below the button. I can start the car with one hand this way since it's all on the same side.

Not a bad price for the car in the end...you really should keep it for 4+ years since it'll hurt to sell it any sooner. Mine was only 4 years old and I got it for less than 50% of the sticker price with 45k miles on it.

Re: SSK's...go aftermarket, the OEM SSK isn't all that great from what I've read. It moves the shift knob more towards the middle since it's designed for both LHD and RHD cars. I plan on a B&M but the Rogue looks really good too.

This is my pimpy car, I can rice it up if I want . If the coilovers offset the light bulbs, then do the 19's in the garage offset the euro spec taillights and fake M3 bumpers that are on my list too?

There is something about German cars that turn you into a riceboy. I realized this once I found myself looking at interior / footwell lighting upgrades. (lol)

Heading to the preview day of the New York Auto Show tomorrow. Will have access to the BMW VIP area since I am a new owner. Will take plenty of pics!

And say hi to JDM Wong, he's in NYC for the same thing. He's been there all week tho, getting massaages at the Mitsu booth.

That's what the wife's car is for! I'll keep an eye out for Wong, haven't seen him in a few years now.
